Robin Jonathan Deutsch is the former Director of Marketing & Communications at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA (1991-2004). He currently is the Founder and CEO of RJD Communications, a marketing and communications agency based in LaGrange, NY. Prior to founding RJD Communications, he was an Assistant Director of Athletics for Marketing, Communications and Promotions at Vassar College for nine years (2004-2013), and worked as the primary men's basketball contact during coach Harris' tenure at Vassar.

roy haliburton 

Richmond native and Meadowbrook High School graduate, Roy's versatile athleticism earned him varsity letters in basketball, football and track while serving as team captain on the 2004 state championship football team.  He started playing AAU basketball with the 10U age group and continued through to the 17U team, winning four state championships in a row, three top 10 national finishes and a final four appearance. During his last two seasons he was coached by Team Richmond's Del Harris. Haliburton attended North Carolina A&T where he studied accounting and has served as an assistant varsity basketball coach at Clover Hill High School in 2010-2011. He is currently an assistant coach at Meadowbrook H.S.


Ervin, a native of Chesterfield, VA attended Manchester High Shool where he was team captain and lettered for three seasons. After graduation, he attended Fork Union Military Academy for a post graduate year and earned a full scholarship to play at Division I Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania. Ervin played four seasons for the Red Flash and was team captain his last two years. He has been a member of the Richmond Elite (ABA) the past two years.  

nick burd 

Burd was an All-District player at Matacoa High School who played his prep school basketball at the United States Naval Academy Prep School and then played at Southside Virginia Community College. He helped lead Team Richmond AAU to a pair of State Championships and a spot in the AAU National Championship game. He has been a local coach with the Virginia Heat 14 Youth and Ettrick Youth Sports Association. He is an assistant coach at Hermitage High School.
